By creating an account or playing Eldion: Summoner's Realm, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Replify Studios operates the game and this website.

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. One person may hold multiple accounts only where the community rules allow it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the community rules.

Gold, gems, arcane energy, Riftium, Eldion, spells and all other in-game items are licensed to you for use inside the game. They have no monetary value outside the game, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be modified, rebalanced or removed as the game evolves.

Purchases are processed by our payment provider. Except where required by law, purchases are final and non-refundable once the associated items are delivered to your account.

Cheating, exploiting bugs, automation, account trading and real-money trading are prohibited. We may reset progress, remove items, or ban accounts involved in such activity.

The service is provided "as is". We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including ladder resets and seasonal archives, at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replify Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
